Who am I?

- I am half French, half English, and I grew up in Morocco and Austria. I lived in England for 15 years, have been in France for several years, and am now based in the Lyon area.
- Trilingual in English, French and German, I am passionate about travel, adventure and diverse cultures. Thanks to my curiosity and my multicultural background I am open minded and have the ability to easily adapt to change.
- Fascinated by human relationships since I was young, I always wanted to contribute towards improving people’s well-being.
- Once I had obtained my degree in sociology I worked in a wide range of people-centred jobs, within education, charities and private businesses.
- After a trip around the world, I undertook a voyage within myself, which transformed my life on a personal and professional level. By working through challenges, developing my self-awareness and a better knowledge of myself, these adventures helped me to find an alignment, in harmony with my values and my aspirations.
- As I was retraining to become a hypnotherapist and a coach I discovered that I was highly sensitive. This insight enabled me to better understand myself and to turn this trait into a strength.
- I would like to offer you this opportunity to grow through personal development and well-being.
- I now wish to support you in achieving your own goals at your own pace, by means of my active listening skills, my consideration for others, a touch of fun and creativity.
Why Dunes?
I was inspired by the Saharan desert in Morocco, where I grew up. Similar to what you experience through coaching and hypnosis:
- Sand dunes are perpetually in motion.
- When you look into the distance, you see that the horizon changes as you progress through the shifting sand.
- Climbing up a sand dune is an effort, but once you arrive at the top, you open up new perspectives.
- When taking your time to sit on a dune, you realise how calm and appeased you feel. Observing the soft contours of the dunes is conducive to reflection.
- Rolling down a sand dune is a lot of fun and helps you let go!
- Spending the night in the desert with a clear sky, you have a field of vision of 360°. You take a step back and see things as a whole.
- Travelling across the dunes you start out on a journey, an adventure towards the unknown and engage in a process of change.
- During this journey you access your own resources and discover the treasure hidden within you.
